There will be limited funds available to cover accommodation and partial travel expenses for students. Participants will have the option to apply for funding upon registration. Please clearly state your science background, the type of funding you wish to apply for, and a justification for your request. Please be advised that further information might be requested at a later stage.
Applications received until March 1, 2023 will receive full consideration, and the final selection will be made by the organizing committee on a case-by-case basis. Applicants will be informed on the final decision by end of March 2023.
Note:
Participants should be aware that if they are awarded funding by the school, this will entail shared accommodation in a hostel in Budapest and/or limited allocation for travel expenses (low-cost airfare / railway tickets). Unfortunately, we can not fund overseas travel.
